I began my personal development journey nearly 20 years ago to evolve beyond what I considered to be a directionless and unfulfilling lifestyle. My curiosity and desire to change led me down many "self-help" paths. Over the years, through trial and error, I feel like I have finally dialed in the 7 keys that have helped me the most, that I still use today. I strongly believe they can help you, too.

In addition to teaching meditation, breath work, and visualization, I am a strong advocate for self-care. I believe that taking care of ourselves mentally, physically and spiritually is critical to living a balanced and healthy life.
